What services do you offer?
We offer a full range of moving services, including home moving, office relocations, ad-hoc (single item) moves, and disposal services. We also provide tailored solutions for corporate clients with specific requirements.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing depends on the items, distance, and access conditions (e.g. stairs, lift, parking).
Do you provide wrapping and protection?
Yes — we provide basic wrapping and ensure all items are properly secured during transport.
Do you provide storage services for our belongings?
Yes, we do provide storage solutions. Whether you need short-term or longer-term storage, we can arrange a safe and secure space for your belongings as part of your move.
Can you handle bulky or heavy items?
Yes — we regularly move items like sofas, wardrobes, refrigerators, and office equipment. We are even experienced in moving bulky, sensitive and fragile items like fish tanks, treadmills, pianos, gym equipment, and many more.
What happens if my items are damaged during the move?
We take great care in handling all items and use proper wrapping and securing methods to minimise risk. In the unlikely event of damage, please inform us as soon as possible so we can review and address the situation. Insurance coverage can also be arranged upon request.
Do you provide same-day or urgent moves?
Yes, subject to availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
Do you operate on weekends and public holidays?
Yes — we operate daily, including weekends and public holidays.
What if there is no lift access?
We can still carry items via stairs. Additional charges may apply depending on the level.
Can you help with disposal of unwanted items?
Yes — we provide disposal services for furniture and bulky items.
